I had a good experience taking out a motorbike insurance with Mister Prakan. The communication was efficient and staff seem very knowledgeable, providing clear instructions and help along the way.

Be careful with this agency. They said renew car insurance policy on their website. They sent me email link for renewal. After I have paid with my credit card on their link, they said the website had mistake and insurance premium is more and they also want to reduce total coverage amount. Classic bait and switch method. They quote you lower than competition premium then after you have paid, they want to increase fee and reduce coverage. They also advertise on their website 'no fee for credit card' but credit card payment cost more than bank transfer. Monthly installment payment also cost more than bank transfer. This is quite DISHONEST business practice. After they received payment, they don't provide inspection date or policy.

For transparency's sake, I have not had to submit a claim in the 3 years I've used Mr. Prakan to get/maintain my policy with Pacific Cross. As for Mr.Prakan, I've had nothing but a great experience with them. Mady answered all of my questions (I've probably sent her 30 emails over the years) and provided support immediately when needed. Most recently I needed a letter from Pacific Cross due to COVID travel restrictions stating I was covered, Mady had it to me the same day. Try dealing with an insurance company (in Thailand) on your own via phone, it's a nightmare. I had no issues with their website or making contact with them but I see others may have. I have had great communications from them via email, maybe try that. I will update if I have to make a claim but I do recommend them if you need a broker.

This company Mr Prakan used to be good but starting 2020 their service and attitude has become terrible. They don't answer calls, don't respond to line messages (they read and don't respond), even when you send them money they don't respond and seem to not care. I've had to follow up about 5 times now regarding me giving them a big amount of money for medical insurance, and still waiting. Even during the pandemic they allowed my health insurance to expire due to staff not responding to messages and I'm now still waiting to get health insurance. Please use another business or go directly to the actual insurance company. This company doesn't care about you, they only care about the money. Also half the time the phone number doesn't even work, like they haven't paid their bills or something. This shipping is sinking fast, go elsewhere.

I'm a Canadian living in Bangkok and needed insurance, after shopping with different company I landed on Mister Prakan website and I was more than please to deal with him. Everything was easy to understand and I was filled with answer from him whenever I had to ask details about insurance packages. Still appreciate to deal with him especially with the worldwide virus situation. I've asked recently for details about the virus and got an answer instantly. Again good service and easy communication
